How users interact with your web site

User Experience Design (UXD) is the process of how we would like the end user to interact with the web site. Keep the scent ensuring they find what they're looking for. Taking into account various factors, such as where they are, at home? at work? or someplace else. how much time have they got? What are there goals? For a website to generate interest it is essential that users have a satisfying experience.

These are the questions we ask ourselves when designing the information architecture. It is very important to gain a positive user experience this will lead on to generate more sales /interest in your product or services.

We achieve this by:

• Having a clear and intuitive navigational system
• Using a crisp and well thought out colour scheme that doesn't detract from the content
• Keep away from garish content or music, remember what you may like your users may loath. If it is essential this type of content is included them we empower the user let them choose if they want it or not.
• Small blocks of text to facilitate scanning, users scan web pages not read them
• Ensuring a fast page load time
